Golden Baklava Film Festival Excitement Has Begun!
Hosted by Hasan Kalyoncu University (HKU), films will compete in the documentary and fiction categories at Golden Baklava Film Academy. The countdown has begun for the “6th International Student Film Festival”. Submissions for the festival will be accepted until March 1, 2021.
With the mission of becoming one of Turkey’s most prestigious international film festivals, Altın Baklava Film Academy 6th International Student Film Festival is becoming ready to host students, cinemagoers, directors and actors on April 6-8, 2021 in Gaziantep.
As always, a strong jury will come together to award the most successful student films at the Golden Baklava Film Academy 6th International Student Film Festival, which will be held for the 6th time this year and organized regularly by HKU.
A DYNAMIC FESTIVAL OPENING A HORIZON FOR YOUTH
Golden Baklava Film Academy 6th International Student Film Festival, which is one of the few and important student film festivals in the field of cinema and a culture-art event that gives a visionary perspective by guiding many students with its international quality, aims to award the most successful films produced by all university students in the fictional and documentary categories and to support young people who are interested in cinema and want to improve themselves in the field of cinema.
Short films not exceeding 30 minutes will compete in the fiction and documentary categories. The Festival, which set out with the goal of opening new horizons to young people, will bring together young film lovers and famous artists during these three days. In Golden Baklava Film Academy, 6th International Student Film Festival, workshops, actor and director talks will be held and in the “Golden Baklava Film Festival Gala Night” to be held on April 8, 2021, and the awards for successful films will be given by doyen actors and directors.
