Visual Communication Design and Radio, Television and Cinema undergraduate programs are full-time programs. The education period is four years; the language of instruction is Turkish. Programs do not have an English compulsory preparatory class. Visual Communication Design and Radio, Television and Cinema students complete two compulsory internships, which are internal and external internships. Students must take a graduation project in the 7th and 8th semesters. The graduation project can be a project or a thesis-based study, depending on the field of study.
Students are accepted to our departments through exams which are organized by ÖSYM. Students who enroll in the department with DGS can request exemptions by submitting detailed transcripts of the courses they have taken and successfully completed in the undergraduate or associate degree program they have previously attended. Exemption requests are examined by the Faculty Adaptation approved.
In both programs, the principles of Associate Degree and Undergraduate Examination Regulations are applied. Evaluation is done separately for each course. Students who successfully complete the Visual Communication Design Program gain the title of “Visual Communication Designer” by earning a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design. Students who successfully complete the Radio, Television and Cinema program are entitled to receive the Radio, Television and Cinema Bachelor’s degree.
