Enes Küçük, a student of the Faculty of Communication, Department of Radio, Television and Cinema, has achieved a great success in the TRT Future Communicators Competition organised by the Turkish Radio and Television Corporation (TRT) for the 9th time this year! Enes Küçük won the first prize in the short film category with his work titled “Missing”. The success of our student in this prestigious competition, organised by TRT to provide a communication-oriented platform and to provide an opportunity for young communicators to showcase their talents, made our university, faculty members and students proud.
TRT Future Communicators Competition, which aims to share TRT’s nearly 100 years of radio broadcasting and more than 50 years of television broadcasting experience with young communicators and to encourage communication-oriented studies by providing a platform for talented young people who will shape the media of the future to express themselves and is considered one of the most important competitions known and followed in the field of communication in Turkey, was held with the participation of 127 universities across Turkey. Enes Küçük won the first prize with his film “Missing” at the award ceremony broadcast live on TRT 2 at 20:00 on Monday 2 October.
In the film, Enes Küçük’s success becomes visible with the efforts and partnership of the film team consisting of our faculty students who exhibit their talents in the field of film production and communication. We congratulate all our students who made valuable contributions at every stage of the film, which focuses on the story of the character named “Metin”, who comes to terms with his past after the death of his father and in which the “missing” emotions come to light, and we wish them continued success in the future.
